SECTION 1 - DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery is free to all international destinations. Our shipping times are 10 to 15 working days, for all destinations.
We use local carriers to ship the packages. For example : EMS, USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, LAPOSTE, BEPOST, DPD, UPU, CANADAPOST, DPOST, AUSPOST, NZPOST, etc.
Please note: Shipping may be delayed due to COVID and local distribution postal services. We work daily to ensure that your orders reach you within 7-10 days.
You can track the position of your parcel in real time.
SECTION 2 - RECEIVING AN ORDER
Your order will be delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday). Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and will include a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 48 hours due to the volume of orders.
SECTION 3 - TRACKING AN ORDER
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. Your order will be shipped with our nominated carrier confirmed in this email.
SECTION 4 - FAILED DELIVERY PROCEDURE
If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel the carrier will leave a failed delivery notification. Failed deliveries will be returned to sender after two weeks and WoodPixl will process as a Return.
SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, TAXES & VAT
All Shipments to the EU are now being despatched on a DHL, EMS, UPS, USPS. If you are in any country of the EU, the prices you see on our website now include all delivery Duties, Taxes and VAT.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUND
We offer Free Returns for all customers. – please return your order back to us using the returns note and instructions in your original shipment. All returns need to be posted back to us at the customers' expense, quoting your Order Number. If you didn't receive a returns label, please email us or contact us and we will send you one to print at home.
You have 28 days from date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. Items should be returned unused and with all WoodPixl labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Returns will not be accepted if the ticket has been removed or if items are used and will be sent back to the customer.
